Consent to personal data processing

A separate document you accept with the “I agree” button in the cookie note on make-air.ru. Without it Yandex Metrica is not loaded and the site works in full.

Consent

By pressing “I agree” I, a visitor to https://make-air.ru, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator — Ksenia Nikolaevna Eliseeva, address: 16 Bolshaya Zelenina St, bldg 3V, St Petersburg 197110, Russia, email: MasterEliseeva@gmail.com — to process my personal data on the terms below.

Purpose

Collecting visit statistics, analysing how the site is used and improving it.

Data

Yandex Metrica cookies and identifiers; IP address; browser, operating system and device details, screen size, language; page addresses, referring source and tags; date and time of visits; actions on the pages — scrolling, clicks, cursor movement, session recordings (Webvisor).

Actions and processor

Automated processing: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision to the processor, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.

The data are processed on the operator’s instruction by Yandex LLC (OGRN 1027700229193, 16 Lva Tolstogo St, Moscow 119021, Russia) — the Yandex Metrica service.

Term and withdrawal

Consent is valid for one year from the moment “I agree” is pressed, or until it is withdrawn. After a year the site asks again.

Consent can be withdrawn with the button below or by writing to MasterEliseeva@gmail.com. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

Collection by Metrica can also be blocked with the “Yandex Metrica Blocker” browser extension. Refusing consent changes nothing in how the site works.
