The policy covers data received through https://make-air.ru and in correspondence that starts from links on it. Terms are used as defined in Law No. 152-FZ.

Visit statistics through Yandex Metrica — to see which pages are read and where people leave. Data: Metrica cookies and identifiers, IP address, browser, operating system and device details, screen size and language, page addresses, referring source and tags, date and time, actions on the page (scrolling, clicks, cursor movement, session recordings — Webvisor). Subjects: visitors who chose “I agree”. Ground: consent (Art. 6(1)(1)), given as a separate document — “Consent to personal data processing”. Metrica is not loaded without consent.

On the operator’s instruction the Metrica data are processed by Yandex LLC (OGRN 1027700229193, 16 Lva Tolstogo St, Moscow 119021, Russia) under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use (Art. 6(3) of Law No. 152-FZ).

Answering enquiries and selling works. Data: name, phone number or messenger account, email address, delivery address, the content of the correspondence. Subjects: people who write and buyers. Ground: entering into and performing a contract at the subject’s initiative (Art. 6(1)(5)). The site has no forms and does not collect these data; correspondence takes place in the service the person chose.

Running and protecting the site: server access logs (IP address, time, page address, browser type). Ground: the operator’s legitimate interest in a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(7)). Logs are kept for no more than 15 days and deleted automatically.

The site also counts visits itself, without cookies: the IP address is not recorded; an anonymous code that cannot be turned back into an address is stored instead, and it changes every day.

Processing is automated. Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision to the processor named above, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.

The site server is located in the Russian Federation. Data are not transferred across borders by the operator.

Protection: server access by key only, encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to statistics and correspondence limited to the operator.

Retention: Metrica data — for the term of consent (one year) or until it is withdrawn; correspondence with buyers — for the term of the contract and three years after it; server logs — up to 15 days. When the purpose is reached or consent is withdrawn, the data are destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be updated, blocked or destroyed, withdraw consent, and appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court.

Requests go to MasterEliseeva@gmail.com. The answer is sent within 10 working days; the term may be extended by 5 working days with a reasoned notice.

Consent to Metrica can be withdrawn with the button on the consent page. Collection by Metrica can also be blocked with the “Yandex Metrica Blocker” browser extension.
