Version of 5 September 2026
Two things, briefly: on what terms the materials of this site may be used, and what happens to a visitor’s data.
What is allowed and what is not
Images of the works — paintings, details of them, reproductions — belong to the rights holder. Publishing them, altering them or using them commercially requires written permission.
The text of the site — the biography, the writing about the works, the journal entries — may be quoted and reprinted unaltered for non-commercial purposes, with the author credited and a working link to the source.
Selected press photographs are available under CC BY-SA 4.0 — but only those marked as such beside the image.
Images of the works may not be used to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence and generative models, including by automated collection. Indexing the pages and reading the text is permitted for search and answer engines.
What data the site collects
There are no forms here: the site does not ask for a name, phone number or email, and stores none.
One choice is kept in the browser — your cookie consent — and it stays on your device. Technical cookies are what make the site work and remember that choice.
The hosting provider keeps standard access logs (page address, time of request, browser type, IP address). Every website has these.
When you write via Telegram, WhatsApp or VKontakte through a link from here, the conversation happens in those services under their rules — the site takes no part in it and stores nothing from it.
Your rights
You can withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
You can ask what data about you exists and request its deletion. Write to the contacts at the foot of any page; the reply goes to the address the request came from.
