The MAKE AIR gallery is in Russia’s cultural capital.

The name translates as “to create an atmosphere.” And a gallery of timely art — because every art has

its own time. Today one thing is born there, tomorrow another, the day after a third, but always something new and unlike anything else.

Ksenia Eliseeva makes work of any complexity on any surface: canvas, the wall of a house,

glass, a car, furniture, a human body.

And Lev Eliseev is a collector and an organiser of exhibitions, cultural events, masterclasses and unusual gatherings in unexpected places in St Petersburg and other parts of the world.
