The opening of “PRESENTICA 2024” in Moscow was one of the most anticipated events in the artists’ world this autumn. For me it was not only a chance to show my work to a wide audience but a real challenge, a test of my own powers and craft.
The exhibition took place in a large, light-filled hall showing work by a great many talented artists. It was impossible not to feel the extraordinary energy and inspiration of standing among so many creative people and so many singular works of art.
I showed the work mostly in mixed media, across a range of subjects. I tried to put my thoughts, feelings and experiences into them. Every work is about emotion, harmony and looking inside yourself. I was pleasantly surprised by how warmly visitors received my work. Many came up to say how much they admired it and to share their impressions. That was incredibly inspiring, and it made me want to keep growing and getting better at what I love.
“PRESENTICA 2024” is an important stage in the careers of many artists, a real celebration of art. The MAKE AIR gallery and I are grateful to the organisers for the chance to share our work with a wide audience.
