“Vibrations of Angels” is wound into a funnel. Everything gathers towards the centre and unwinds outward from the same place.

Gold and white. The gold changes with your angle: take one step sideways and the painting is different.
White adds air and keeps the gold from turning heavy.
There is no chaos in the funnel. It is built as a rhythm, and it is read with something other than the eyes: attention gets drawn in, breathing slows, and after a minute the room is quieter.
Are there angels on the canvas? No. You will find no wings and no haloes.
The title is not to be taken literally. I rarely name work after what is painted on it, more often after what happens to a person standing near it.
A vertical asks for a tall wall. In a low room the funnel hits the ceiling and stops turning.
