The sea is always a state for me. Here it is the space of love, with no end to it and no calculation.

I rubbed the horizon out for a reason. Limits get in the way, and love does not recognise them once a person is inside it.

The child is a state, not a character. The point where a person still has no doubt that living is worth it.

The run comes towards the viewer. Nobody goes looking for the wish to live, you switch it on.

His arms are out like wings and he runs over wet sand at the edge, where the water reaches his feet.

A tiny format. Things like this get stood on a shelf more often than hung.
